In 2007, I received Catalyst's yearly award for top 20 under 40 rising stars in business. In 2006, I was in the top one percent in sales volume for all Spokane Realtors. I was Rookie of the year winner in 1995. I am also a Diamond, Platinum, Silver and Gold Award Winner for sales volume. In addition, I was the first Realtor in Spokane to receive an E-Pro Certification. I also have the Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES), and in 2009 I received my GREEN designation. I have produced TV commercials, print ads, and radio spots. Community Involvement:
I am very active in the greater Spokane Community and believe in giving back. I am a Convention and Visitors Bureau Board Member and I am on the Inland Northwest Health Services Foundation Board. Furthermore, I am on the Board of Realtors for the Spokane Association of Realtors and I am a director for the State Board of Realtors. I continue every month to volunteer and give to numerous charities and also support the Windermere Foundation: with every house sold, a portion of my commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989.
